I firstly completed an online assessment consisting of multiple choice questions. I then filled in an online application which included multiple long answer questions about what interested me about the job and working for the company. I then attended an Assessment Day during November.

A lot of writing, not much substance. Four 2000 word essays on motivation, skills etc. One very long assessment which was a bit meaningless. Apparently I must enter 30 words.
