Interview
First, I had a phone screening with the staffing agency. Then a couple of weeks after that, I had a phone Interview. The interviewer was really friendly and the conversation was always light and cheerful. We had a few things in common so we talked a little about the commonalities. He seemed super laid back and very knowledgeable.

Question 1
Describe the cell culture technique you used in college and the steps you used when planting cells.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GSK (King of Prussia, PA)
Interview
I was called in for a face to face interview and offered the position a week later. Questions were fairly basic science in the area where they are researching in. Its an entry level scientist position so not any technical questions were asked.
