I was able to Fast-Track through the Graduate Scheme process after an internship with GSK and associated employee referrals. This meant I skipped the steps until the last one - Assessment Centre. AC held in Ulverston over 1.5 days with a group of 9 candidates. This included a site visit to the local facility, an informal meal with people who have been through the graduate scheme, an overnight stay in a very nice hotel, and the full day AC the following day. The AC involved 5 tasks, some group, some 1:1 (not allowed to provide more detail).
