I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GRAYBOX (Portland, OR) in Jun 2022
Interview
I had three interviews with Graybox. It was refreshing in that during two of the interviews, the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in my background and my "10,000 foot view" on solving problems. It seemed more human centered as opposed to "how long have you been a react developer."

Interview
Had two separate interviews for the company. My hopes were brought up completely and I was pretty certain I had the job because I was told I would be a great fit, especially for a certain project, but then I was completely ghosted. I emailed and texted the point person who said they would have an answer for me and asked if they could call me, but heard no follow up or response and was never told the decision. I was left in the dark for over a month.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GRAYBOX (Portland, OR) in Nov 2019
Interview
It was pretty thorough, focused more on your ability to solve problems rather than remembering random algorithms, and O complexity logic, nice experience over all, and also the way you'll be able to work with a team.
