Refer hiring happens a lot especially at higher management roles, which was not good as per my experience with certain director roles selected, internally people try to influence management to get promotion or management position, which leads to wrong people on the right position, suffered a lot because of this sort of line managers and sick directors, incapable people create a fake image and lack knowledge on higher management to understand this properly leads to wrong promotions. Still lot of fake managers are enjoying the fancy due to this improper judgment of management, customer or client.

Hiring was simple. Had one technical interview of 40 minute with the Operations Manager followed by 20 minutes with HR. Basic Technical interview with Lead Engineer. CCNA and CCNP level questions
