Phone Interview with HR - basic questions.
Psychometric Testing - Had to follow up with HR for the details of the test as they weren't sent as per time frame communicated by HR.
Interview with HR and Hiring Manager - Standard interview process. Found it odd that the hiring manager changed the role title into a team lead as opposed to manager role which was what I had applied to. Also concerned that the reporting lines were unclear. HR seemed to think the role reported into EGM and Hiring Manager outlined the role reported into him and CIO.
Communication throughout the process was pretty poor. Followed up via email a week after not hearing back about next steps. Followed up via phone three days after sending an email and not receiving a response and was told that I would hear by the end of the week.
Unsurprisingly, I did not hear back as per the time frame communicated by HR.
Got called two weeks later saying that they went with someone else.
