Very informal. I filled out an application and spoke with the store manager. It was very question and answer based, focused on experience and on hours. She let me know that I would be doing a lot of training on different products and asked about my comfort with that as well as selling items for commission.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GNC (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2019
Interview
The process was easy mainly focussing on nutritional knowledge and products. Took about a week for interview. Overall, easy process. General knowledge questions. They also ask if you have the ability to work in a team with multiple tasks. Scenario type questions
