Interview
One phone interview with HR, then a panel interview with the AVP's, then an interview with the VP and SVP.
The questions HR asked were very basic, then those notes were passed to the AVP's, who conducted a face to face panel interview. They sent their notes to the VP and SVP, who requested a final interview, then a skills test was taken (excel and SQL).
HR called the day after the final interview to offer the job.

No obscure questions like "Why is the sky blue?" were asked.
its was pretty simple...just few behavioral questions and oral technical questions. Recruiter is very friendly. First they asked about my background and experienced and later few questions about the model's I've used in my projects

Very streamlined process, primarily based on the resume and experience. Primary focus on behavioral questions. It consists of 3 rounds The first was hirevue The second with a panel of 3 people The last with the VP

Phone screen with HR with some behavior and technical questions. Online test for SQL and Excel. The notes are then passed to the VP. Several panel interviews with AVP and SVP afterward. All question are behavioral. Make sure to research the company beforehand.
