GISI Marketing Group interview questions

Horrible to speak to. Applied on their site and indeed as they recommended when I called. After hearing nothing for a couple weeks, I stopped by to hear an update, the HR manager took my resume and said the hiring was delayed due to a large project but that I should hear back soon. Several weeks later I still had zero contact, so I stopped by again and very condescending woman told me that they filled that position a month ago and that everyone had been contacted. I check multiple times and had nothing. It would have been so easy for her to be kind as this job market is horrible. I thanked her and left, but if that is the company culture, I really dodged a bullet.

I applied online and got a call about coming in for an interview the next day. I met with the COO first then a few minutes later he brought in 2 other account executives. You get the stereotypical interview questions. Strengths... weaknesses...give us an example of this and that.. and of course the one question that is so out dated the "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" (which was the first question). Enough with the question!! I wish companies would come up with their own unique questions. After the interview which was about a half hour or so, I got call later that day saying they would like me to come in for a meeting with HR for a math test, which was a little ridiculous. Anyways, I got an email offer the next day. I accepted. All in all, the interview process was pretty standard. Except the math test which I think was still a little unnecessary as each desk has at least 2 calculators in the drawers.
