      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GIMO (London, England) in Dec 2025

      Interview

I recently interviewed for the AI Engineer position at GIMO London, and the overall experience was very positive. The interview process was straightforward, well-structured, and transparent from start to finish. It began with an HR screening call, which clearly outlined the role and expectations. This was followed by a technical interview with my prospective line manager, where we had an in-depth discussion about my experience and relevant technical concepts. After successfully clearing this stage, I was invited to complete a technical assessment that was practical and aligned with real-world responsibilities. I received positive feedback within a week, which I appreciated as it showed respect for candidates’ time. The final stage was an interview with the CWO—a very friendly and engaging leadership conversation that felt more like a two-way discussion than a formal interview. Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and transparent. I felt well informed at every stage, and the team created a welcoming environment throughout. I would highly recommend interviewing with GIMO to anyone considering opportunities there.
