GIC Data Management , VP interview questions

interview process was not structured and explained properly. Been 3-4 months since my application and did 3 rounds of interview, but no results provided nor even a rejection. Reached out to the recruiter but got left on seen .You would expect a bit more class and better standards from an organization this size. Extremely disappointing.
