A few days after submitting the application, I was prompted to do an online assessment which comprised of a logical, verbal and numerical component. There are quite a number of questions in each section so time management is crucial. This is one of the harder online assessments so I would definitely recommend practicing beforehand.
About two weeks after applying, HR called me for the first round interview. It was a one-on-one competency based interview with someone from HR. Quite short and straightforward.
About a week later, I was prompted to do a personality questionnaire which took about 1.5 hours to complete.
I was invited for an assessment centre at their office the next week which consisted of a group exercise and two-on-one interviews. Depending on your performance in the group exercise, you will either be asked to leave or attend between 1-3 interviews later in the day. Again, the interviews are mostly competency based with very few technical questions.
HR got back to me about 1-2 days later inviting me to attend the last round of interviews with two MD's of the firm. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I think it was mainly aimed at reaffirming your fit for the position and the company. HR got back to me with an offer the very next day!
The entire process is very well organised and smooth and everyone I interacted with from GIC was very pleasant and helpful.
