I had a pretty disappointing experience with this firm, despite it being such a large company. After applying, I got an email from HR asking about the role. My first interview went really well, and the recruiter told me they’d get back to me soon—but then I didn’t hear from them for more than three weeks. I followed up a few times with no response, and then out of nowhere, the recruiter emailed me saying he’d been busy, priorities had shifted, and he thought he had already gotten back to everyone. His excuse sounded reasonable enough, and he scheduled me for another interview, which lasted about an hour and went fine. The next day, he did respond quickly, but after that, the communication became inconsistent again. Eventually, he asked me to schedule the final interview with very little notice. Unlike other companies, they never explained the interview structure or what to expect. For example, they said I’d have to complete an onsite exam in SQL or Python, but gave no details—like whether I’d need an IDE installed or how I should prepare. Everything felt vague, and I had to keep asking for clarity. After my final interview, the recruiter said he’d get back to me the next day, but once again, I had to send follow-ups with no response. Then, yesterday after 5 p.m., I finally got an email asking if I wanted to go through the feedback—no call, no proper debrief, just a quick message after waiting a week, it was clear that if I hadn’t kept following up, he never would have reached out to me At this point, I don’t care if they reject me when I apply for future roles but honestly, I won’t be applying again after seeing how poorly they treated me and how unprofessional their interview process was
