Flexible interview process over phone & 1:1. The interview team consist of a service line leader and a human resource personnel. Question based on general technical and HR type questions. They took time to get internal approval.
Interviewers were polite and proffesional.

State client handling experience for junior engineer position.

Interview
First is HR Interview where they would ask you typical questions (availability, past experience, etc)
Next is technical interview with the Team Lead or Hiring Manager. Depending on your field, they would ask you several questions. Interview was conducted via Zoom and lasted around 45 minutes.

first was a call from HR, then 2nd round was a 1 hour interview with hiring manager and another manager. Typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked preferred office to work in.
