GHD End User Computing Leader interview questions

- Recruiter contacts you for screening. Sets up interview with hiriing manager and other manager after hours in US since they reside in Australia. Other manager doesn't show up in call. First interview through Teams video call. Questions are about experience and resume content. After interview, I took a Saville Assessment for Executive Aptitude and Personality. After test, had 2nd interview that was to be more on situational questions vs. technical ones. 2nd manager attends and asks technical questions instead. Not too many questions from hiring manager. In the end, recruiter let me know I wasn't chose. Recruiter was the best part of interview. Very professional.
