Was called in for an interview within a day of submitting a job application. I arrived about 10 minutes early, waited in the front with admins and another job applicant. The person conducting the interview arrived about 15 minutes later than the scheduled time.
There was only one person conducting the interview. There were no handshakes, and the interviewer decided to wear a mask, which didn't bother me since the school policy makes mask wearing optional. She was a bit uppity during the interview and didn't have many questions. She asked about my background and for the most part was trying to gauge my recent interactions with elementary school students. I answered a few questions, and the interview ended with a couple of final questions I had. She walked me out and had her back to me all the way to the door without looking back as she welcomed the next applicant. Not exactly the most professional treatment, but I'll assume she was under stress to find people with recent teaching experience, especially for elementary students. From that body language it was fairly clear I didn't make the cut. There were no technical questions, so basically all behavior while looking for experience handling children.
It's been a while since I interviewed and never heard back. I was told that if I was called back, then I would need to interview with the principals of all 3 GEO schools.
