The process consisted of an initial phone call from a recruiter from which we scheduled the first of three technical phone interviews. The first interview (1 hr) was with a panel, where three employees asked me questions related to the type of work they do to get further info on my background. The second interview (2 hr) was two parts, (1 hr each) and consisted of completing verbal and software writing assessments. The last (1 hr) was another panel interview that contained technical questions but was primarily about company culture and how well I would fit from teamwork perspective.
