You have to do a phone interview which is pretty easy, You're then scheduled for a test which consists of a computer based mock call center followed by a typing test. If pass you then get set up for 1 on 1 interview with a recruiter. If selected you then have to do a 1 hour test which you are placed in a room with a telephone and have to learn in 20 minutes about a mock company and their policies and procedures and services and take 3 calls from a recruiter who will call on the phone asking you to resolve their inquires/complaints that step can be nerve racking be prepared to be pushed. If passed you are then taken to the call center with a HR Manager then placed with a rep to listen in on calls for about 30 minutes which you have to complete a worksheet with about 10 questions about the call center experience. From their you meet back with the HR Manager submit your work sheet and be interviewed again by the HR Manager and given a job offer or not.
