I applied online at Geico.com. About 2 weeks later they called me to schedule an interview that was on the phone with one of the recruiters. The first call had to be resceduled because they made a mistake and had one of the recruiters from another department call. The next day i spoke with the recruiter it took about 15 minutes. They asked why was i interested in the job and how i found out about them. After the interview i was told that they wanted to set up a date fore to go on and take an assessment test. After passing the assessment test it took about two weeks for me to get a call back for my 2nd interview. The 2nd interview was about 2 1/2 hours long which included a role play. The role play was fairly easy if you have ever dealt with persistent customers and hard headed shop owners. The 3rd interview which was about a week later was with the mangaer of the office. He spoke about how hard the job would be and do i think i will be up for the challenge. Once i explained how i am will to work hard and get the job done i was finally offered a position.
