They make you take a basic assessment test. After you pass the assessment, the first interview they ask you questions regarding your leadership experience during your time at college/university.
2nd interview they you about leadership experience in a work setting and scenario questions on what you would do if you were a manager and an employee wasn't performing well.
3rd interview they call you to do some testing. If you read what the other people said before me, you should be prepared. Just be ready to have your customer service, negotiation and sales skills ready.
