Demonstrate multi platform call center duties in 45 min interview on computer showing necessary skills to successfully assist incoming calls for claims, service requests and new customers which included multiple calls in a short amount of time after studying their platform for about 5 minutes
It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
