A few days after submitting an online application I got an email from a recruiter requesting a phone interview. I feel like the first interview went really well. She wanted to talk about my previous work experience. After the first interview, I got an assessment to complete over email. After the assessment, I got another request for a second interview. Went well, felt like I nailed it. The next day I got an email that said I wasn’t selected. Oh well. Just as much their loss as it is mine.
