I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2013
Interview
The initial contact was made during a virtual career fair. Within a few days I was contacted by email asking for a phone interview. The initial (pre-screening) interview was pretty basic. She pretty much just verified my resume and asked about relocation, interest, etc. I was then emailed an invite to “interview” via webcam. I would not call it a true interview because there was no one on the other end. You have a minute to read the question and then 3 minutes to respond. The interview questions were behavioral in nature and nothing too perplexing, but the experience was a little unnerving even for someone who has regularly participated webinars. This is mainly because it’s not a webinar, but a single take video. I did not advance further in the process

Question 1
Name 3 things you like most about your home town and why?
A lot of steps which included multiple phone interviews and an in person interview that involved role playing. Checked out my ability to prioritize by looking at a route map and planning a day, and negotiate. There were 4 other people in the room to interview me.
I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO in Jan 2023
Interview
First interview with recruiter, phone review with another recruiter, and then last interview with director. Total of 3 screenings. Overall, customer service questions and how you responded or dealt with a particular situation.

Question 1
Q: Name a time when you seen a team member have more potential and they weren't using it
I did so horribly on my interview. A couple of months later I got an email from the recruiter who conducted my email asking to apply for the job. So, it wasn't horrible enough to be remembered.
