Interview
The process starts with a screening questionnaire from HR followed by an analytical test, technical phone interview and 5 onsite interviews for the final round. Overall, the interview process is of average difficulty focusing on basic statistics, behavioral questions, and knowledge of the insurance industry. I felt the interview process was very lengthy for in entry-level position with below average pay for the position (65-75k).
First there is a questionnaire sent to you within one day of applying, then a modeling analyst exam in excel, then a phone interview, after that a Skype with the team

Written test scheduled 1 week after HR reach out, 2 more rounds of technical plus behavior interviews will be coming in the following 2 or 3 weeks. Usually took 1 week to receive the decision, and the next round of interview will be scheduled within 1 or 2 weeks after the response of the last round released

I just got the assessment so far right now, apply for the other position but was asked if I was interested in this one. The logical assessment is a little bit harder than the calculated one, and takes more time.
