it was very professional. I was called immediately after I turned in my resume. They were so professional and I did not have to wait to be interviewed. I was called a couple of hours after I left the interview but I declined because I got another job offer.
Initial interview, typing test to determine how fast you type and how accurate you are, role play on phone calls, final interview, y connecting with an employee while they take calls
Multitasking test...typing test which was in a noisy office you couldn't concentrate. Didn't get an interview with the managers....they told me to come back in 6 months and try it again....

Multi step process until got to person over the phone interview. First test was a about what would you do in situations . Second test was finding errors or the wrong thing to do.
