Interview
Online application, 2 phone interviews. Everyone is very friendly and helpful during the interview. The first lasts about 15 minutes, the second is longer-- about 45. Make sure you know about the history of the company and details about upper executives.
Very tedious and took a long time. Some parts easier than others. The phone interview was the longest and most difficult. The in person interview was much easier and enjoyable.

Interview
There are 3 interview. The first one is a phone interview, mostly standard interview questions. If you get the next round, you will have to complete 2 assessment and then you’ll get to proceed to the 2nd round. The 2nd round is mostly critical thinking and role playing.

The process was pretty good, I applied and within a week I had gotten a call for an interview. The interview was fairly well. I was asked why I wanted to take part in the program.
