Interview
They had a phone interview where they really stressed tardiness and customer service experience and situations. There was a fairly easy Computer Test, followed by an additional Emergency Roadside role play which was quite difficult. 2 face-to-face interviews which really tested your experience in customer service where they demanded specific examples of your experience.

Question 1
Think of a situation in which you had to deal with an upset customer. How did you handle this situation?
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Interview
Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
