The first step is a phone interview, then computer testing, if you pass the computer testing you sit down with a hiring specialist for a face to face interview and a role play. After passing that you are recommended to a manager for a final face to face interview and a job offer.
Online application. Invitation to a computer assessment. 1st interview- Zoom with a Recruiter. 2nd Interview- On-site with a member of management. Loved the on-site interview. First part of the process, I got to patch in 3- way with another salesman and hear live calls as a preview of the job. The first question asked in the interview "After shadowing, how does that affect your outlook on the job role?" Excellent first impression for me.
