Interview
After completing an online logic test, had a one on one in person interview on my college campus, which consisted of fairly standard behavioral questions. About a week later, was invited to a final round interview at the main office in Maryland, but didn't end up interviewing for about a month due to conflicting schedules. The final round interview was a series of one on ones, with a mix of behavioral and problem solving questions regarding the insurance industry. Also was required to take a "technical" Excel test that was a fairly simple exercise evaluating some data, and then discussed the exercise with one of the interviewers.

The interview is literally like a SCAM! I received a pre-interview homework with very vague instructions before I even talk to someone. It took me hours to build a dashboard. No feedback from the team and I have no idea how they will use my work. Is this even legal nowadays? I got an interview later but the recruiter is so unprofessional, who can’t keep the words and shows no respect of my time. I declined the interview. I’ll never apply for GEICO for the sake of respecting myself.
The interview process was the usual of behavioral questions and situational questions. There are phone calls, then zoom calls available for various positions. If you are selected with each step, you get emails to move forward.

Basic behavioral interview questions for phone screen like describe who you are, explain a challenge you overcame. They then give you a small overview of the role at the company. They said they would get back within the week.
