They had three rounds of interviews. Each 20minutes and right after each other with three different people. All in all took a little bit over an hour. Fairly straightforward and fast paced.

Question 1
Describe a project or event you were a part of and what your role was. Also describe any problems you encountered and how you overcame them.
I did 4 interviews, one of which was an onsite. Following this I was asked to do a personality assessment. After all of these steps, the company ghosted me. Honestly, it’s a blessing and speaks to some significant issues in their processes and respect for applicants.
