The interview process felt disorganized and discourteous from the start. I was asked last minute on Friday to attend an interview the very next day, with little time to prepare. This aggressive and impatient approach did not foster a constructive technical discussion, nor did it create a fair platform to demonstrate my skills. The final part of the interview rapidly turned into a checklist: list all microservice patterns, all Java design patterns, and SOLID principles — with no room for discussion or practical depth. The entire experience felt more like an interrogation than an evaluation of problem-solving or design thinking. I continued out of professionalism, but honestly, the approach and tone of the interview raised serious red flags about the team’s culture and values. This feedback is shared in the hope it helps improve the candidate experience going forward, because this interaction left a very poor impression of both the interviewer and the organization.
