First round was Recruiter for phone screen- Basic questions of your experience and your interests. Moved to second round and was scheduled a Video interview with Hiring manager and two other managers, Got this scheduled 3 weeks in advance but got the confirmation just the day before. Had to follow up multiple times with recruiter to get the interview confirmed. Finally for the interview it was questions based on experience and some technical process /Quality related questions. Hiring manager called me a week after and offered me the role , I was offered 105k as base with NO relocation/No sign on bonus/No shares and was asked to move to New York for the role on my own expense as company cannot cover it . I said that wont be possible with such low pay and manager spoke to HR about the pay and they offered me 110k base. I declined the offer as they were against any further negotiation on the pay.
