I was contacted by the HR screening recruiter and scheduled for a 45-minute interview for the North America Quality Manager position. I prepared for the interview for almost two weeks. However, the interviewer joined late, and the interview did not feel well organized. The discussion started with relocation-related questions, then moved to visa sponsorship. When I mentioned that I may need sponsorship in the future, the interviewer ended the interview shortly after. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and disappointing because I had spent significant time preparing for the opportunity.
