Had to create a slideshow presentation of a project I’ve done. Then had a portion for behavioral and technical questions. Was virtual and met with about 6 people. Everyone was friendly. My background is in environmental engineering but they asked me mechanical engineering questions.

Very helpful recruiting process throughout. Met at the career fair in the fall and had a 30 min interview followed by a more in depth technical and behavioral one later on.

First round interview, asked the basic behavioral questions, very interactive and relaxed, just know your experiences from the past and how they have shaped you, described the questions well, waiting to hear back from the company
