Extremely slow..
I have phone interview at the beginning of March and then they invited me for on site interview at the end of it. On site interview consists of a presentation and then 6 individual interviews. Waiting for 7 weeks, still no news.. These people are extremely SLOW in making a decision

a first round of Phone screen by a couple of technical staff who were senior --> onsite interview including many 1:1, one 3:1, and a presentation to broad audiences, a couple of dinners with other candidates and employees --> offer

Interview
They ask you to make a presentation on a topic of your choice. This presentation is attended by a full team constituting the lab you are interviewing for. Then there will one to one interview with various people of that lab (typically 3 interviews) followed by Manager and HR.
