The scheduling process was very confusing. I was not able to determine how many interviews are being planned. Working on the scheduling I didn't receive confirmations that the suggested times will or will not work. No calendar invites were sent for the times that were confirmed.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare in Jan 2022
Interview
I was a referral candidate for one position. After interviewing for that position (over several weeks) I was told that the candidates were going to also interview for a second position that opened up at the same level. After many weeks delayed between each interviews, I finally interviewed for the second position. At that point I had met with 6 people. I followed up with the recruiter twice with no answer. Finally 4 weeks after the last interview, the recruiter called to tell me one position was canceled and I didn't get the other one. The whole process took 4 months. Extremely disrespectful of people's time and a general lack of common courtesy with almost no communication throughout the unnecessarily long process.
