First process is with a software, it asks 6 or 10 questions and it recorder you. After that you pass with the HR Manager and then People Leader. Don't worry about this process, it's not so difficult.

O processo seletivo foi relativamente rápido, talvez por avaliar/exigir competências nas quais eu possuia vasta experiência. Apesar do discurso de que uma possível curva de aprendizado fosse necessária e aceitável, a cobrança por resultados é imediata.
