Interview was scheduled at 10:30, started at aroud 12 that too on a weekday.
2 interviewers took the first round:
They literally started reading resume line by line and started asking about all technologies mentioned in the resume.
What are Java OOPs concept, some very basic question on Java strings, function overloading vs Overriding. Thats all in Java. (All theories, no implementation)
What are the configuration parameters of Spring (All theories)
No DS/Algo/Problem Solving/Puzzle. Questions asked in this interview can't at all decide whether to consider the candidate or reject. Was looking like giving interview for a service company.

Interview process consisted of phone call with recruiter, followed by 30 - 45 minute interview with hiring manager, followed by 3 separate 30 - 45 minute interviews with managers and staff senior software engineers.

They invited 100 members for the drive, they don't have any management skills. They asked me to come by 10AM. My first round was taken at 5PM, that too just send us home. Interviewer was in sleeping mood. He asked questions irrelevant to my skillset. He doesn't even know what are stored procedures. Everyone's time is important. DON'T WASTE CANDIDATE'S TIME BY INVITING THEM.

Applied online, was contacted by HR, for 10 minutes call. After that a 30 minutes call with hiring manager. Then 4 On site interviews, 2 technical , 2 non technical.
