I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Potsdam, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
I met the recruiter at my college career fair.I showed him my resume and he asked for a formal interview the next day. Short 30 minute interview (may have gone a little late). We really hit it off and seemed to just talk about my life from high school to the current both academics and family and social life. About 2 weeks later I received the offer and accepted.

Interview
The interview process felt natural and conversational, which helped me feel comfortable from the start. The questions flowed smoothly, allowing me to express my thoughts clearly without feeling rushed. Overall, the relaxed and supportive atmosphere made the experience feel more like a discussion than a formal interview, reducing stress and making it an enjoyable interaction.
