Conversational getting to know your character and motives then a second round disguised as an activity session where you're invited afterwards and do group dynamics and knowledge quizzes. Think of it as a Steve Harvey show but for engineering.

Question 1
What are some of your weaknesses? How are you working to improve it?
It was a friendly environment. It took nearly 2 hours with group case and technical and HR questions. questions were about daily life and personality as well as technical acknowledge
It was not too hard, overall the questions were not very difficult. The first round was a HireVue questionnaire where they asked basic questions in a multiple choice or short answer format.
