El proceso ha durado más de dos meses. Tras entregar el CV y la carta de motivación, te avisan para realizar unos tests online. Si pasas los tests te invitan a hacer una video-entrevista en la que te hacen 6 preguntas. Las preguntas son de tipo behaviour y situational. La verdad es que la plataforma es muy fácil de usar.
Ahora solo queda esperar a los resultados por parte de GE.
it was one round and hosted as a quick online interview, there were some technical aspects as well but mainly on past experience! not too hard overall, would recommend trying

After an application they give you a video application immediately with 14 days to complete it, the video assesment contains general questions like when you were given confusing instructions, I haven't heard back from them yet

- were given confusing instructions and how you overcame it
- developed a new skill and what you achieved
- had to develop a positive relationship with team member to complete a task
- had to deal with a short deadline and had little time to prepare for it
- worked as a group to deliver a task
Very simple process, start with an online pre recorded video, then go through a sequence of face to face interviews. Although I did not recieve the job the interviewing was simples
