Phone interview followed by a full day of interviews (~4) with 2-5 interviewers per interview. Lots of other candidates were on site as well. This was obviously a huge hiring season for the organization as there were lots of people hired at GEA in 2011.

Question 1
Name a time when you over came an obstacle which required the help of a team.
Applied on the website, didn't hear back for several months, then got a phone call and request to interview in 2 days. It was a cattle call with around 20 other applicants. We were all separated into individual rooms and received 3 interviews each, which focused on topical areas such as inclusiveness. I received a followup phone interview with a hiring manager I had not met in person, and then another followup phone interview with her manager. I was told on the phone that I would receive an offer. It took about 3 weeks (including negotiation) to receive a final offer.

Question 1
All the questions started with tell me a time when...
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Clearwater, FL) in Mar 2017
Interview
Overall, a simple and quick process. I applied online then had a current employee reach out to the hiring manager. Resume was pulled, received a phone a call to schedule an interview a couple days later. I met with the two hiring managers, separately, for an interview that lasted about 2 hours. Received a follow up call a couple days after that to schedule a phone interview with someone I'd be training with and then offered the position two days later.

Question 1
The one question I wasn't prepared for was to describe the qualities that would turn you away from your manager. Otherwise, a lot of situational questions to assess my team building and leadership qualities.
