GE Aerospace Design Engineer In the Shop interview questions

4 Separate Panel / Group Interviews, each with a team of 2 individuals. Final interview was with the plant manager (acting) and another top executive. Each exploratiry Interview focused on specific areas of experience; Working in a Team environment, Health and Safety, Where do you see yourself, Project Management. Took most of the day, had a tour of the facility included. Did not really examine expertise in areas of engineering, quality or manufacturing as much as would have been expected for the caliber and pay of the position.
