Get to know you style interview that was more focussed on past experience and how pst skills are transferable. Great detail into the position and culture of the company. Followed by questions of why you would be a good fit for the role and what you can bring to the company.
Great - very welcoming, had a great conversation and was very understanding of my needs and also explained their needs. For an interview process this was something which was what I was looking for.
Short interview and then a week long training. If you read a script out loudly you’d get the job, if not, they would release people. A good experience though for those in their first or second sales role
