I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GCS (Reading, England)
Interview
2 stage interview process. 1st stage was a 45 minute interview with each manager (there were 4) 2nd stage I had to give a presentation about recruitment, the business and myself
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GCS
Interview
It was a quite simple 2 stages one with recruiter and one with the md quite straight forward run of the mill recruitment interview what you would expect from buisness of its size. Would be good if they could actually ring you with feedback rather than a generic email

Question 1
Why do you want to work here (run of the mill questions no different from anywhere else)
I applied online. I interviewed at GCS (New York, NY) in May 2022
Interview
I received a call from Toni who spoke to me about recruitment, the company and then we went through my resume to see if my skills were transferable.
Toni then set me up with the VP business leader for a first interview, she pinpointed the things that I should talk about and prepared me for the meeting.
I wasn’t sold a shiny dream instead the reality of the job itself; that hours can be long and to be successful I should expect to put in hard work in order to see reward. I found this quite refreshing, I had been interviewing for a few different roles and instead went with a job that is more specific to my degree.
I do however think that should I have moved forward this would have been a company that has integrity to work with

Question 1
What transferable skills do I have that will make me suitable for a fast paced sales environment.
