Interview
Starts off with the conditions and follows with a few basic questions. The ineterview takes about 15 - 20 mins. In my case it was recorded so another HR employee could watch it later on and they would decide whether to give you wan offer.

How can courses you've taken in university help you in this position?
Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
