Interview
Short interviews with someone in HR and then manager of your department. Very laid back and nice. After these two interviews, there is a drug test and background check. They do go to former employers to ask about you as a worker.
It was a more personal interview. There was not much of technical questions. The questions were very straight foward. There were no trick questions or anything that could be confusing.
