It was a really great interview process. Their online recruiter contacted me first to chat on the phone and make sure I seemed like a fitting candidate. The actual interview was a few days later with two executives who were very informative and thorough.

Video interview by answering approximately 5 questions. Link was sent with predetermined questions and timeframe to answer. I felt I was somewhat prepared, but I have never done this style of interviewing.
