Before Interview process is terrible. Not well organized. They set the interview time without even asking me and they didn't even right on the time. They told me they had to change the time to the day after. It was 30 mins after the interview start time.
It was 30 minutes zoom interview. The interviewer was late an hour without notifying me. They don't even know the job type they offer. The process was simple. No pre-interview, just one zoom interview and that is it.
