You must know the TUPE rules and legislation to a pretty high level. You must also know the process of transferring employees in and out of a company during TUPE.

Question 1
They will provide you with a scenario of a hypothetical change in service provision from Company A to Company B. You will be expected to understand and describe the TUPE procedures in relation to the specific details relating to that transfer.
